Health & fitness disclaimer

VertiRoo provides general fitness and training information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician or qualified health professional before beginning any training program — especially if you are pregnant, are older, or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury, or any other medical condition or concern about exercising safely.

Assumption of risk. You understand that physical exercise — particularly plyometric and jump training — carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or, in rare cases, death. You voluntarily assume all such risks. You are solely responsible for exercising within your limits and using proper form. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use VertiRoo and perform any exercises entirely at your own risk.

License & Apple's EULA

Your license to use VertiRoo is granted under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to your use of the app in addition to these Terms. In summary, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use VertiRoo on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial training. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.

Subscriptions

VertiRoo offers an optional auto-renewing premium subscription that unlocks additional features. We may offer different plan lengths (for example, weekly or annual) and, from time to time, a free trial. The available plans, current prices, billing period, and any trial terms are always shown in the app and on the App Store before you purchase. Prices may vary by region and may change over time; any change applies only to future billing periods.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of any free trial if you do not cancel first.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.

Free trial (if offered). If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing & canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases; refund requests are made through Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Disclaimers

VertiRoo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result (including any change in your vertical jump or fitness) will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss or injury, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the app or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these Terms. Any active subscription remains subject to Apple's billing and refund policies.

Apple as a third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel. You may also have mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your country of residence, which these Terms do not override.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VertiRoo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
